STARLOG ARCHIVE

Recovered records from the six campaign regions.

LOG 01

THE ANCHORS

The old notes never called Armanett a hazard. They called it an anchor: a living point where the Starfold could be pinned safely to the world. The red warning symbols came later.

LOG 02

THE LANTERN PATH

Cartographer routes were once lit by relay beacons. The deeper the Engine went, the more those routes folded back into themselves. Some scouts never returned because their exits became entrances to somewhere else.

LOG 03

NEST OF STARS

Armanetts gather where reality is weakest. What the Cartographers called infestations may have been repair sites: dozens of living anchors holding fractures shut.

LOG 04

THE GUARDIAN FORM

Bonnetank was not an accident. When an Armanett absorbs too much unstable Lumen, its body armors itself and it begins moving anchors instead of merely holding them.

LOG 05

REJECTED ROUTES

The Rift remembers paths the Flip Engine refuses. Every failed possibility appears to go somewhere. The terrifying discovery was not that the discarded routes survived—it was that they began responding.

LOG 06

THE DOOR BEYOND

The final seal was never meant to close the Rift. It was a lock on a door. Behind it, the boards continue indefinitely, descending into a Starfold whose boundary cannot be found.

LOG ∞

UNVERIFIED RIFT RECORD

“I remember this place.” The statement was made by Armanett at a depth no known anchor should have visited. Classification pending.
